A steady green light indicates the unit is ready, the green light flashes when a treatment is in progress, and a red light shows that there is a fault or problem in the treatment.

The remote panel, an optional accessory for the P-800HTRS pallet heat treatment package, can be mounted up to 200 feet from the unit. Install these controls in a nearby office or building allowing you to stay indoors while starting or monitoring the treatment.

Replace your old Hanna data logger for your CH-400PL Pallet Kit with the DL-PS Data Logger Unit. This touch screen controlled temperature monitoring system has four temperature probes. One probe measures the discharge temperature of the heater and the other three measure the core temperature of the pallets at various locations. The DL-PS will time the treatments once the threshold temperature is met, and upon completion of the heat treatment cycle will print a receipt for the treatment time. Data for the entire heating cycle is saved to a USB flash drive that can be viewed in Microsoft Excel.
